All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

Due to extenuating circumstances, if there is a significant delay in the fulfilment period of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

DAMAGED/LOST GOODS

In case you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receival to file a claim. Kindly save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

In case your product has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible after the tracking status displays "delivered."

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is provided virtually
The credit voucher will be attached to your unique customer ID (phone number/email) and cannot be used with another customer ID
Credit vouchers can be redeemed both online as well as in-store
Credit vouchers are valid for 1 year
Credit vouchers cannot be used partially, the entire amount must be used at once
